Call the regional number for your area for the fastest response. Each regional line routes to a live human dispatcher who knows the cities, the freeway routes, and which crew is closest. Diagnostic visit $89 standard / $149 after-hours, waived if you proceed with the repair. Free written estimates on installation and replacement work.
Regional dispatch numbers
Six lines, six regional crews, one license number. Pick the line for the area you’re calling about.
Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Pacific Palisades, West Hollywood, Malibu, Westside areas
Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Arcadia, Monrovia, San Marino, Altadena, La Puente, SGV cities
Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Tustin, Yorba Linda, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, all OC
Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Newbury Park, Moorpark, all VC
San Bernardino, Fontana, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Big Bear, Apple Valley, Redlands, Chino, Diamond Bar (tri-county dispatch), all SB
Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Temecula, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Hemet, Perris
Routing exceptions to know about: Whittier sits on the LA / OC border and is dispatched from the West LA crew, not Pasadena. Diamond Bar sits at the LA / SB / OC tri-county point and is dispatched from San Bernardino. Pomona dispatches from San Bernardino as well. If you call the “wrong” regional number, we’ll just route you to the right one—you don’t need to figure this out before calling.
For non-urgent inquiries, project quotes, commercial work, or rebate questions, email is fine. We respond within 24 business hours typically.
- General inquiries: [email protected]
- Regional service / dispatch: see the six regional emails above
For service emergencies, call the regional dispatch line. Email isn’t checked overnight or on weekends, and a same-day no-cool call needs a phone call, not a message into a queue.
Hours
- Phone availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A real person answers. Not a chatbot, not an answering service that takes a message.
- Truck dispatch (technician on site): 8 AM–8 PM, seven days a week.
- After-hours calls: scheduled for first dispatch the following morning. We don’t roll trucks between 8 PM and 8 AM, and we tell you that upfront when you call. No false “we’ll be right there at 2 AM” promises that turn into a 9 AM arrival anyway.
- Holiday service: standard rates. We don’t surge-price during heat dome events, cold snaps, or holidays.
What to have ready when you call
None of this is required, but the more you have ready, the faster we can dispatch the right truck:
- Your address and ZIP code
- Brand and approximate age of the equipment (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, etc., and roughly when it was installed)
- The symptoms—no cooling, no heat, fault codes on the thermostat, strange noises, water leaking, etc.
- Whether the unit is running at all or not turning on
- Property type—single-family, condo with HOA review, ADU, or commercial
- Whether it’s an emergency (no AC during a 100°F+ event, no heat in a cold snap, water actively leaking from the air handler)
For commercial calls, also have property manager or facility manager contact info and any after-hours access requirements ready.
Diagnostic and estimate pricing
- Diagnostic visit (system not working): $89 standard hours / $149 after-hours. Waived if you approve the repair quote at the same visit.
- In-home estimate (installation or replacement): free. Includes Manual J load calculation, side-by-side equipment options, written quote with rebates deducted. See free estimate page for what’s included.
- Quote validity: 30 days from the date issued.
