Acceptance of terms

By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services we provide

We provide residential and light commercial HVAC services in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties, California, including:

  • HVAC repair and diagnostic services
  • HVAC installation and replacement
  • Heat pump and heat pump water heater installation
  • Maintenance services and Comfort Club memberships
  • Emergency HVAC service (phones answered 24/7, dispatch 8 AM–8 PM)
  • Commercial HVAC for restaurants, offices, retail, and small warehouses (up to 65,000 BTU per unit)

For services outside our scope (industrial chillers, large boiler systems, solar thermal, walk-in refrigeration), we refer to specialty contractors.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates

  • We provide free in-home estimates for installation and replacement projects
  • Diagnostic visits cost $89 (waived if you proceed with repair)
  • After-hours diagnostic (8 PM–8 AM): $149 (waived if you proceed with repair)
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • Estimates assume standard installation conditions; unforeseen complications may adjust pricing

Pricing transparency

  • We provide written quotes before performing work
  • Repair pricing is upfront — you approve before we proceed
  • Emergency rates apply only to after-hours calls (8 PM–8 AM); we do not surge-price during heat events

Payment terms

  • Payment due upon completion of service for residential customers
  • We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
  • Financing available through approved partners (separate financing terms apply)
  • Commercial accounts may have 30-day net terms with established credit
  • Late payment may incur fees as permitted by California law

Service warranty

Labor warranty: 30 days on diagnostic-driven repairs, 1 year on major repairs (compressor, heat exchanger, full system installation).

Parts warranty: Per manufacturer specifications. Most major equipment includes 5–10 year parts warranty; heat exchanger warranties typically run 10–20 years. We register equipment for manufacturer warranty at time of installation.

Workmanship warranty on installations: 1 year on full system installations, with extended options available.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by other contractors or owner modifications
  • Routine maintenance items (filters, belts under normal wear)
  • Damage from external causes (power surges, water damage, vandalism)
  • Service performed by unauthorized parties

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Service appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice without charge
